Free to Be... - ships all U.S bound package orders via FedEx or United States Postal Service. Foreign bound orders are currently not available.

Yes, we do accept mail orders in the form of Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. No personal checks! Please send your order, and payment to Free to Be... 1719 Angel Pkwy - Ste 400-177, Allen, TX 75002. Orders in the form of Cashier's Check or Money Order will not be shipped until they have posted.
RETURN/REFUND & CREDIT POLICY
A form of refund will be given if Free to Be... is unable to fulfill its commentment in getting the order delivered in the promised time frame. A 20% restocking fee will apply if product is returned due to customer error. Due to manufacturers' policies, no returns will be accepted. Any unauthorized returns will receive a 50% cancellation fee.
Return Authorization All returns must be authorized by the returns department. Please notify us if you would like to return your product by sending an email to email@example.com or by calling the number listed on your product receipt. A return authorization code will be assigned to you and must be included with the returned product.
Shipping Delays Our company is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please remember, holidays do not count as a business day and must be considered when calculating delivery dates. To protect the Carholder, our company reserves the right to send orders to the matching billing address if a different shipping address is unable to be verified.
